1. Return Eligibility
Damaged Products: We accept returns for products that are damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Unused Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Any product that has been used or opened is not eligible for a return.
2. Return Process
Contact Us: If you receive a damaged product, please email our customer service team at bibakart.com@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged product.
Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping. Include the RA number and a copy of the original invoice inside the package.
3. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria.
Processing Time: If the product is approved for a return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a return.
Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
